FIA Solution Design Analyst in Private Capital

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting and ideally the business of Private Capital, i.e. 2 years in an AIFM, Management Company, Administrator, or Audit firm with an exposure to efrontInvest or VBA

• Fluent in English – any other language is considered as an advantage

• Ability to develop and adapt a process

• Attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills

• Ability to share/pass on knowledge

• Creativity & Innovation/Problem solving

• Proactivity

• Ability to understand, explain and support change

• Analytical approach to projects/project management

Responsibilities:

• Contribution to the change management strategy within the business line together with Products & Solutions, Client Delivery

• Formalization of business requirements/best practices

• Gathering of all local needs to express homogeneous business requirements

• Gathering all local requirements on the development/enhancements of Private Capital Products offer in conjunction with Product & Solutions teams

• Managing arbitrage and prioritizations

• Being a central point of contact of the Private Capital teams

• Reviewing and validating Business Need Documents

• Define the test cases for the solution/monitor the testing

• Support the business during new tools/processes implementation

• Creation of operating memorandums/procedures

• Support large clients/complex deals on-boarding

• Client delivery teams training on eFront FIA

• Preparation of demo environment in conjunction with IT

• Support all FIA Migrations processes for all Private capital teams
