Senior Business Analyst

As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally.

Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Client migration to new banking system (securities sector)
• Organizing working environment for himself and 1-2 more junior team members
• Involving all stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirements, assessing all potential impacts
• Leading communication to ensure there is no misunderstanding on change delivery, agreed processes or actions
• Preparation of the data and system set up required for client onboarding
• Managing change requests and following their lifecycles
• Coordination of User Acceptance Testing
• Administration of project documentation in an efficient and effective manner

Requirements:

• Preferably 5+ year’s previous experience in an IT Business Analyst/Lead BA/PM/Agile environment
• Excellent knowledge of business analysis, good IT skills, SQL knowledge is an asset
• Strong autonomy and ability to plan tasks and
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collect business requirements and translate business needs to system features
• Presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority
• Knowledge of the investment fund industry is a strong asset
• Fluency in English as working language
