Senior Specialist in Investment Reporting & Performance

Investment Reporting and Performance (IRP) is a department of BNP Paribas providing reporting services to Asset Managers and Insurance Companies. Services provided by IRP include performance, attribution and risk calculations delivered through wide range of reports (Factsheets, Client Investment Reviews) or data feeds, as well as Solvency 2 reporting and solvency capital requirement calculations, which are a result of Solvency II Directive.

In order to provide mentioned services to our Clients Teams are supported by Data Management Team who ensures market data is correctly integrated in IRP systems, and Application Production Support Team who provides technical support to IRP applications.

Senior Specialist in Investment Reporting & Performance

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and checking the portfolio data received from accounting systems or asset managers.
• Providing SCR/performance/attribution/risk calculations after ensuring the quality of the market data.
• Generating, reviewing and distributing the reports.
• Cooperating with data management to identify data anomalies, build action plans and execute them on time.
• Managing change requests by creating user stories, preparing testing scenarios, executing tests in UAT environment, raising defects, ensuring operational readiness.
• Recommending new process controls by identifying problems and risks.
• Conducting trainings for new joiners and less experienced Team Members. Providing daily support.
• Managing and helping the team to manage complex Client queries and new reporting requirements.
• Focusing on the end-to-end operational processes to eliminate manual interventions and streamlining the process creating efficiency and reducing cycle time.
• Supporting team leader to manage the BAU and guides the team with respect to priorities and scope.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English as working language
• Good knowledge of financial instruments and fund industry
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to achieve team goals
• Excellent time and organization management
• Ability to work with others in high-paced, agile, multi-cultural environment
