Global Mobility Specialist

Tasks & responsibilities
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Participating in training provided from abroad and creating process documentation (occasional travel expected).
Managing all operational and transactional processes for global assignments, ensuring excellent service delivery and continuously improving end-to-end processes in terms of quality.
Handling all incoming requests related to general or specific HR topics with higher complexity, while monitoring process dependencies and deliverables to prevent delays.
Operating in a complex environment, coordinating cases, managing handovers, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal and external partners such as HR, CoEs, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, internal and external vendors, and public authorities.
Working on projects and on-cycle activities.
About our future employee
You should speak English (min. B2) and should have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in HR, supporting global assignment activities.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
Understanding of complex assignment administration, compliance, and payroll processes.
Proficiency in HR systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Equus Platform) and Microsoft Office.
Strong coordination, service-orientation, stress resilience, comfortability managing multiple cases, attention to detail.
Empathy, communication, team spirit, accountability and positive solution-oriented approach.
Experience in transition of processes would be an asset.
