Position: HR Operations Generalist

Working mode: on-site (3-4 days per week in the office)

Your Role:
You are the main point of contact and interface with our service provider for our payroll activities, ensuring that all relevant administrative tasks (such as contract management and certification processes) and payrolls are successfully implemented. Furthermore, you ensure that the service provider delivers HR reports and documents on time and in good quality. You are also the contact person for ad-hoc inquiries, such as those related to corporate reporting obligations like ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). Your responsibilities include implementing compensation and benefits topics, and you support cyclical campaigns such as salary rounds. You accompany and advise local HR and the business in their daily work in the area of compensation and benefits.
Your Contribution:
With your HR expertise and system knowledge, you help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes. You support the design and implementation of global and local compensation and benefits programs and are the point of contact for policies and collective agreements.
Your Environment:
You work closely with various interfaces in Lodz as well as with our locations in Germany, Italy, and France. You bring your collaboration and networking skills to promote cooperation between departments.

Your Education:
You have an HR background and initial professional experience, ideally in HR operations and analytics or in a comparable environment.
Your Experience:
You have several years of relevant professional experience and have already gained experience in identifying and implementing measures to improve HR processes.
Your Skills:
Your analytical abilities and conceptual strength set you apart. You are experienced in managing administrative HR topics and possess strong interface competence. Additionally, you have very good English language skills.
Your Soft Skills:
You bring a high level of solution orientation and pragmatism in complex work situations. Your independent and proactive working style rounds off your profile.
