Your task:
You will create long/mid/short term forecast plans for calls and workload over all contact channels and provision relevant dashboards and reports for KPI monitoring and analysis. Furthermore you will analyse performance and operational KPI-fulfillment which prepare tactical and strategic decision based on forecast and/or data analytics. With the responsibility for the different data sources, you will assure the data quality.
Your contribution:
With the responsibility to create and provision regularly the forecast and improve the forecast accuracy as well as analyzing and reporting Customer Service KPI, you will shape the international CCM.

Customer Care Management is an international matrix organization in which you will work together with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland.

Your education:
You have successfully completed a study or a professional training.
Your experience:
You are experienced in understanding of relevant KPI and interdependencies of different contact-channels of Customer Service. You are proficient to proceed with root-cause analytics and to derive options for improvement. Also you are skilled in data analytics.
Your skills:
You have a minimum B2-level English proficiency and very good Excel skills. Also you have analytical and numerical skills as well as conceptual skills and persuasion power. Good communication skills and an independent and structured way of working round off your profile.
Your softskills:
You are well experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup. You thrive to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment.
Your tools:
You will work with Qlik Sense, Jira and Excel.
