  • Type of contract: contract of employment, full-time

Your responsibilities

  • You’ll be in charge of making sure our operational logistics run smoothly and on time, getting products from our central warehouse in Germany to customers in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • You’ll manage logistics processes and keep an eye on returns management.
  • By tackling daily challenges, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly and maintains high quality.
  • You’ll analyse and tweak existing processes to boost efficiency with data-driven solutions.
  • Customer focus is key in your role. You’ll boost productivity by keeping our logistics processes efficient and constantly looking for ways to improve.
  • You’ll be working in Łódź, Poland, and alongside your colleagues there, you’ll be part of a dynamic international team.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with professionals from the international logistics team and promote a proactive and inclusive work culture.
  • Here, you’ll have a lot of personal responsibility and the freedom to make decisions. Your ideas will help drive change in our logistics processes.


Our requirements

  • You have a university degree in economics, logistics, or something similar.
  • You have some experience in operational process management, ideally in logistics.
  • You understand processes really well, and you’ve got solid analytical and communication skills.
  • You’re also great at English, and knowing German would be a bonus!
  • You’re passionate about logistics and IT processes and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
