As a Privacy Specialist reporting to the Privacy Team Manager in our Privacy team, your purpose will be to handle data protection and privacy-related requests.


Your responsibilities:


  •  Handle data subject requests:
  • Receive, assess, and respond to data subject requests (DSRs) in compliance with GDPR,, and other applicable data protection laws.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary data and ensure timely resolution of the request.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines to meet regulatory requirements, documenting all actions and maintaining detailed records of each request.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to improve processes, support privacy training initiatives, and help maintain and update records and registries.



Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…


  • Professional experience and very good knowledge of GDPR, with a strong focus on handling data subject requests.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
  • High level of independence.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solid drafting skills and attention to detail.



It will also help you to have…


  • Experience in customer service within a SaaS, Marketplace, or tech solutions company.
  • Understanding of international privacy regulations beyond GDPR (e.g., CCPA, UK GDPR).
  • Direct experience with systems like Salesforce or Zowie.
  • Proficiency in Spanish at B2+ level.
