Internal Communications Specialist
This role is responsible for building and executing a structured internal communications strategy that keeps employees informed, aligned, and engaged across the organisation. The position plays a key role in driving clarity and transparency by delivering consistent, high-quality internal messaging.

Strong writing, editing, and message-development skills.
Experience hosting or coordinating large internal meetings or town halls.
Proven ability to structure communication in a growing or transforming organisation.
Background in communications, PR, marketing, or a related field.
Good knowledge of English required.

Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
Improve communication processes to increase alignment and employee engagement.
Initiate and coordinate internal surveys.

Management Communication and Content
Create clear, consistent, and engaging internal messaging across channels (email, newsletters, presentations).
Support leadership with communication around strategic initiatives, changes, and company updates.
Key Channel and Event Management
Plan, coordinate, and host monthly company town hall meetings.
Ensure all teams are equipped with timely and accurate information to support collaboration and operational efficiency.
Interdepartmental Cooperation/Interdisciplinary Support
Support the People team with the creation of internal campaigns.
