- A minimum of 5 years of experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience in the IT sector.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication in a professional environment and collaboration with international teams.
- Proven track record of collaborating with analyst firms, market research agencies, or industry data providers.
- Hands-on experience with customer feedback programs (e.g., NPS, CSAT).
- Advanced understanding of market analysis tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in working with datasets and reports to extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent ability to interpret data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Focusing on insights that drive growth.
- Communicating results at all levels, including strong presentation skills.

Main responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence.
- Investigate market size, identify market trends, and opportunities by purchasing relevant datasets and reports.
- Identify and interpret targeting opportunities by mapping market dynamics.
- Prepare recommendations and share with key stakeholders like senior management, sales, marketing and product management.
2. Competitive Analysis.
- Acquire and analyze data on competitors through market reports, relationships with analyst firms, and competitive benchmarking.
- Conduct in-depth commercial benchmarking to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities relative to competitors.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on findings to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare recommendations.
3. Customer Intelligence.
- Manage a scoring program (e.g. Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) with a supplier, ensuring regular measurement and actionable follow-ups.
- Organize and own the Customer Advisory Board, facilitating meaningful engagement to capture customer feedback and align offerings to customer needs.
- Prepare recommendations.
4. Reporting & Collaboration.
- Present findings and recommendations in clear, compelling formats to stakeholders, ensuring data is understood and actionable.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align insights with organizational objectives.
