This position reports to the Senior Manager Global HRIT within the Corporate Human Resources organization. It effectively supports; the SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Bonus, Performance Management and Succession Planning), iCIMS talent acquisition platform, processes, integrity of employee data, and appropriate access to human capital information. - Support requests and solve challenges related to the SuccessFactors modules and Talent Acquisition platform (iCIMS).
- Develop custom reports from SuccessFactors and ICIMS to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.
- Assist in configuring SuccessFactors system structures, foundation objects, picklists, Performance Module, Goal Setting Module and other functionality as needed. Also, configure the iCIMS platform’s picklists, settings, workflows, etc.
- Prepare import files for migrations of employee data from local HR systems or mass employee data changes.
- Enter employment data changes in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Support testing and preparing test systems and test cases.
- Handle errors related to system integrations between SuccessFactors and local HR systems, while ensuring data is securely and appropriately transmitted.
- Provide secure access to all HR systems.
- Apply GDPR policies to HR systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of HR systems responsibilities
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing (min. C1-Level). Proficiency in German a plus.
- Good understanding of GDPR legislation
- Technical competence in an array of HRIS Platforms, including SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, iCIMS, HR Ticketing tools, or other related HR system and talent acquisition platforms
- Experience in Excel, Open Office, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience in HR data management, analysis, and contribution to process re-engineering
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and on a team
- Excellent customer services and communication skills
- Resourceful and strong problem-solving skills
