Role Summary

In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that include managing social media, optimizing paid advertising, and leveraging modern AI-driven marketing tools. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to ensure our marketing efforts align seamlessly with overall business objectives. If you have extensive experience in cold outbound strategies and are familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and HeyGen, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, spanning social media, paid advertising, email, and content marketing.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Utilize AI tools to generate creative marketing content and refine campaign messaging.
• Track and analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, and CAC, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within a startup environment. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B marketing, with a proven history of generating leads and executing outbound strategies. A solid grasp of digital marketing analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is essential. Additionally, proficiency in contemporary AI tools for enhanced productivity and creative output is a must.
