We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a strong focus on new business acquisition. You will be responsible for generating and closing new opportunities, engaging with high-value clients, preparing compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a steady flow of deals through the sales pipeline. This role is not for those seeking a comfortable routine and slow peace. We are looking for a natural sales hunter who thrives on pursuing and closing new business opportunities.
This is an opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies, negotiate six-digit contracts, and travel to conferences and client meetings across the US to Asia. We’re building a small team consisting of A-players who have a high-impact on achieving our targets and increasing our revenue.

Responsibilities:
- From day one, take ownership of building a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, leveraging all available resources, including your own professional network.
- Drive lead generation efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential customers and scheduling intro meetings with key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads effectively, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile and business objectives.
- Manage the pre-sales relationship with prospects, identifying the right opportunities and showing value to customers.
- Represent Callstack on business trips, meeting prospective clients and attending top industry conferences to strengthen our market presence.
- Develop a deep understanding of Callstack’s services, tech stack, and the specific needs of enterprise buyers to position solutions effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously expanding your knowledge of emerging technologies and providing insights on potential new service offerings at Callstack.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 4+ years of proven and successful track record of enterprise B2B services sales in IT.
- Strong experience in finding new business opportunities, lead generation, lead management, and closing deals.
- Ability to quickly build relationships with potential clients during online calls and on-site visits, research their needs, and help them find the right solutions to their challenges.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and sales processes simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-driven approach to clients.
- Strong self-management and problem-solving skills.
- A goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through, not only in relation to prospects but also to achieving defined KPIs.
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
