What will you work on as a Senior Account Executive?
Unit Revenue is responsible for the global sales of partner product licenses, Deviniti products, and comprehensive IT services. We are a partner of companies such as Atlassian, monday.com, GitLab, Freshworks, and many others.
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Atlassian Sales team. This person will focus on consultative sales - combining license products and services within the Atlassian ecosystem. As Deviniti, we are the largest Atlassian partner in the CEE region and one of the largest globally. We hold vendor specializations in ITSM and Cloud, supporting clients all over the world.
Who will you work with?
The team consists of specialists experienced in selling Atlassian products and our related services offered to clients who use Atlassian tools. These services include, among others: license management, Atlassian environment audits, IT consulting, implementation and configuration of tools and solutions (ITSM / PMO), tool migrations and integrations, as well as support services.
The team operates with a high degree of independence, and each member manages their own clients (worldwide). Everyone has a real impact on their earnings - sales bonuses depend on performance.
What tasks await you in this role?
actively acquiring clients for IT services according to the Atlassian service catalog (on a global scale) and managing relationships with existing clients;
cross-selling Atlassian licenses and services, as well as Deviniti products available on the Atlassian Marketplace;
preparing sales offers and materials related to our products and services;
supporting pre-sales activities and closely collaborating with the sales team;
handling inbound leads and prospecting—searching for new contacts, identifying potential clients, and building databases;
reporting and monitoring work progress using a CRM tool;
daily communication in Polish and English.
We're looking for someone who:
has at least 5 years of experience in B2B IT sales (preferably at the enterprise level);
can prospect effectively (e.g., via LinkedIn) and maintain client relationships;
speaks English and Polish at a minimum C1 level;
is focused on consultative selling and understands clients’ business needs;
has analytical thinking skills - able to diagnose client challenges and propose tailored solutions;
is open to working in a dynamic environment and ready to learn new sales methodologies;
Nice to have: experience working with Atlassian tools or alternatives such as ServiceNow (SNOW) or Azure.
