Your role

Capgemini Group Procurement is looking for an English speaker (additionally French or German speaker will be nice to have) for its Procurement Project focusing on sourcing activities, tenders & contract negotiations as well as supplier performance.

Your tasks

The position is dedicated to the European market. You will be responsible for procurement sourcing activities - tenders and renewals - and plan execution, savings delivery as per target and process service delivery, connecting with business in terms of procurement delivery, cooperating with local stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring alignment between procurement and other support functions (e.g., HR, L&D, Marcom departments etc). Among others:

• Provide sourcing activities in the area of Corporate Professional Services, main focus is on categories related with marketing, communication, events, sponsorships and employee benefits.

• Cooperate with global  procurement category.

• Support the onshore teams in sourcing activities.

• Handling supplier relationships, sustaining preferred suppliers list and business intimacy, monitor operational supplier usage.

• Procurement policy and processes compliance across the organization.

Your profile

Min. 1 year extensive experience in Procurement, preferably in marketing communication , events category especially related to:

• understanding of Procure to Pay processes;

• PR/SC revision;

• implementing/supporting global strategies on the local level;

• managing contracts;

• sustaining relations with stakeholders (HR, Marcom etc.).
