YOUR TASKS

• Extension of the scope of Car Fleet management to other European countries, scope within the Procurement structure

• Helping entities in the local fleet processes (verification options & provide the documents with details of specific cars)

• Receiving documents from the drivers & verification of the correctness

• Gathering data for discounts from suppliers & distribution to leasing partners and countries

• Sending the documents to local fleet manager for approval via DocuSign and tracking the documents

• Replying on queries regarding orders/ vehicles (color, options, timing, etc.)

• Sending the quotes requests to leasing partners; 

• Comparing the offers; Presenting the selected offer to local fleet manager

• Sending the final offer to the supplier

• Contact with key dealers in case of questions about specific car/option/availability

• Reporting to Payroll the costs to be deducted from an employee’s salary resulting from the use of a company car.

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in fleet management, procurement, or administrative coordination (ideally within a European or multi-country environment).

• Experience working with suppliers, leasing partners, and dealers.

• Understanding of payroll-related cost reporting (advantage).

• Experience in a customer-facing or internal-support role.

• Experience with fleet management systems or similar procurement/operations platforms (bonus if experienced with international fleet coordination).

• Proficiency in working with DocuSign or other digital approval tools.

• Strong Excel or data-management skills for handling discounts, reporting, and comparisons of offers.

• Familiarity with leasing processes, car ordering cycles, and dealer communication.
