Your role

The Junior International Mobility Specialist ensures smooth, compliant support for foreign employees and candidates at Capgemini Poland. By managing legal documentation, overseeing the legality of stay, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting employees assigned abroad, the role helps minimize compliance risks and maintain operational continuity. Through accurate administration and clear communication, it enhances the employee experience and enables the organization to effectively manage global talent and international mobility processes.


Your tasks

  • Administration of foreigner candidates to work in Capgemini Poland (i.e. collection of documents, coordination with Personnel Administration team)

  • Overseeing legality of stay in Poland of foreign students

  • Issuing of documentation supporting foreigners in Poland

  • Issuing of ZUS confirmations for foreigners covered by social security in Poland

  • Support for employees of Capgemini Poland assigned abroad

  • Purchase order requests and delivery confirmations

  • Other administrative support to International Mobility Team


Your profile

  • Advanced level of English and Polish

  • Very good analytical skills and attention to details

  • Practical knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately

  • Open-minded and positive with good communication skills
