Operations Team
Our mission is to let our people focus on their work. By taking care of all offices, ensuring comfortable trips to various project places, and organizing many integrations events to boost team spirit, our team members create a positive and productive work environment where everybody matters.
About the role. You will have the opportunity to:
Be the first point of contact at our Kraków office, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience for guests and team members.
Take care of day-to-day office operations, keeping the workspace organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
Collaborate with external vendors and building administration to maintain a well-functioning office environment.
Support coordination of local team-building events and contribute to a positive team spirit.
Be an integral part of the Sollers Kraków team, helping to foster a productive and friendly workplace.
Collaborate closely with other internal teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, IT Admins and Project Managers).
Provide support for company’s IT systems users
Ensure proper quality of data about our sales opportunities, employees and projects
Deliver presentations and reports
About the requirements. You need:
Experience in office administration (1-2 years) and a hands-on approach to daily tasks.
Availability to work full-time from our Kraków office, Monday to Friday (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00).
Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
Great communication skills
A proactive mindset, ability to organise own work and manage priorities
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Confidence in using MS Office tools, especially top-notch Excel skills
A team-player spirit, combined with independence a willingness to learn and grow together.
