YOUR TASKS

• Problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices and payment of invoices.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end processes, reports, etc. as needed to support team. Daily processing includes vouching invoices, research on missing information to facilitate payment, vendor master file updates, creation of new vendors, and communication with vendors and internal business partners, etc.
• Provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting AP area.
• Fluent level of English and German at level C1.
• Accounting process knowledge.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Multitasking and ability to organize your own work according to procedures.
