YOUR ROLE

As a ServiceNow Finance Business Consultant, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their finance processes and advise them on how to optimize these using ServiceNow capabilities. Your expertise will help transform how organizations handle their financial operations, creating more efficient and user-friendly systems.

YOUR TASKS

• Transforming client finance query processes using ServiceNow modules, creating streamlined workflows that save time and reduce errors.

• Leading discovery workshops with stakeholders to uncover pain points and gather requirements, using your analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities.

• Designing future-state process flows that enhance efficiency and transparency, making financial operations more intuitive and effective.

• Creating detailed business requirements that translate client needs into actionable technical specifications.

• Collaborating with our technical implementation team to ensure solutions meet business objectives while maintaining technical excellence.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience with ServiceNow platform in Finance and Control contexts.

• Understanding of Connect to Resolve / Query to Resolve processes.

• Proven ability to analyze business needs and manage requirements from a business perspective.

• Track record of successful collaboration with IT teams to deliver ServiceNow implementations.

• Skill in translating complex requirements into compelling business cases.

• Knowledge of different Service Delivery Models (GBS/SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT).

• Process knowledge in AP/AR/GL/MDM (additional knowledge is a plus).

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in a relevant field).
