YOUR TASKS

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in their daily operations, including: scheduling meetings, posting job advertisements, communicating with candidates, and coordinating with interviewers, reports, and summaries.

• Maintain and review data in the recruitment system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist in the execution of recruitment projects and initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent command Polish and good English (at least B2) skills.

• Strong self-organization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

• Proactivity and problem solving abilities.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn, improve, and explore new ideas.

• Very good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools.
