As a Customer Service Agent with German at Capita you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals supporting our clients. You will be providing excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages) 
  • Analysing and solving customer’s queries 
  • Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)  
  • Making changes to the system 
  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments. 


 Skills you need to succeed:

  • German at C1 level or above 
  • English at B1/B2 
  • Customer oriented attitude 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Willingness to work in two shifts: (8am-4pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday-Sunday), 5 days a week, 40 hours per week
