We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who specializes in hiring for financial services and trading roles, including Compliance, Finance, Dealing, Sales, and other corporate functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of recruiting for Corporate roles across financial services departments (Compliance, Finance, Dealing, Sales etc)
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Proactively identify and source high-caliber candidates through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate engagement to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process
  • Leverage market insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and build long-term talent pipelines
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on candidate market trends and recruitment best practices.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Financial Services and/or Trading
  • Deep knowledge of compliance, finance, and corporate hiring in the financial services sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates in niche markets
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • English B2+ Level
  • Polish or Russian B1+ Level would be a plus
