We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team.

As a Finance Administrator at Centra, you will provide basic administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and email correspondence. You will organize and digitize company records and assist with a systematic filing process.

Your main responsibilities:
- Taking the responsibility of creating and updating the records in our Finance Database
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standard procedures, and regulations.
- Accurately input and maintain financial data in an organized, easy-to-understand format.
- Maintaining and updating the client contracts database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Log and categorize expenses, aiding in basic budget-tracking tasks.
- Cooperating with other internal departments and team members.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- We are seeking candidates who have accrued a minimum of one to two years of professional experience, ideally in the fields of Finance or with/in Paralegal roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of financial/ administration concepts and data entry.
- Familiarity with administrative and financial software is a plus
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and skills in database management (Excel) and other Word tools at a basic level (Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slides is a plus)
- Basic knowledge in the fields of finance and accounting.
