We are seeking an individual interested in gaining experience in front office/reception services and administrative support on a full-time basis. Prior experience in office work is beneficial but not required.
Your role will be crucial in:
- Managing the company reception: welcoming guests and providing customer service in line with company standards.
- Handling telephone calls (internal and external), emails, and forwarding messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Recording incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensuring proper document circulation within the office.
- Direct cooperation with Office Manager and actively participating in administrative projects.
- Coordinating with courier companies.
- Monitoring and ordering necessary office supplies.
- Collaborating with cleaning services and other suppliers in the administration department.
- Working with the building manager and technical service.
- Maintaining the company's image: ensuring the aesthetics of the reception desk, conference rooms, and office space.
- Supporting company employees with administrative tasks.
- Assisting in organizing internal and external company meetings.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Polish and English.
- Punctuality.
- Ability to organize your workstation and demonstrate dynamism in action.
- Skill in prioritizing assigned tasks.
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative in specific areas of the position.
- Meticulousness in completing tasks from start to finish.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Stress management skills.
