Senior Delivery Manager

Working as a Senior Delivery Manager, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the client, shaping solutions from both business and delivery perspective
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from presales phase through execution to successful outcomes
• Build and present business cases, supporting decision-making with financial and commercial insight
• Translate client needs into actionable delivery strategies and roadmaps
• Drive Agile delivery across projects of different scale, ensuring efficiency and value realization
• Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communication at multiple levels of the organization
• Oversee project budgets (T&M and Fixed Price), including forecasting, margin tracking, and scenario planning
• Identify risks and proactively manage them throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with technical teams while staying focused on business outcomes rather than technical execution

Qualifications

• Strong consulting background with proven experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Solid commercial mindset, experience with business cases, budgeting, forecasting, and financial aspects of delivery
• Experience in presales combined with successful project delivery ownership
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments at scale
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (including senior-level stakeholders)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery responsibility
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under uncertainty
• Familiarity with tools supporting Agile delivery (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Fluency in English
