Your responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships
- Expanding sales among existing clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Creating sales offers and negotiating cooperation terms
- Analyzing customer needs and proposing suitable IT solutions (e.g., software, cloud services, IT infrastructure)
- Organizing meetings, presentations, and webinars for clients
- Closely collaborating with the technical and product teams to tailor offers to customer requirements
- Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade fairs
- Conducting business negotiations and discussing contract terms
- Finalizing agreements and ensuring their compliance with company policies
- Representing the company in the IT market and strengthening its position as a technology partner
- Actively participating in networking and industry events
- Achieving set sales goals and KPIs
- Collaborating with the marketing department to develop sales campaigns
Knowledge of / experience with:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry (e.g., software, cloud services, cybersecurity, hardware)
- Knowledge of the IT market, technology trends, and sales processes in the IT sector
- Ability to analyze customer needs and match appropriate technology solutions
- Experience working with corporate clients, SMB sector, or public institutions
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to conduct discussions at the decision-making level
- Experience in creating sales offers and finalizing contracts
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Independence and good work organization – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and initiating sales activities
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Very good command of English (minimum C1), enabling work with international clients
- Additional sales certifications are welcome (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL)
