Cheil Poland is part of Cheil Worldwide, a marketing company under the Samsung Group headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, that offers advertising, digital marketing, public relations, shopper marketing, and more. We work very closely with Samsung (Poland, Europe and worldwide) and have been the global digital production center for Samsung.com since 2018.Since then we've been expanding our team rapidly. Your responsibilities:

• Managing Digital Projects Using JIRA.

• Overseeing and prioritizing tasks related to digital marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, and e-commerce initiatives by creating, tracking, and updating JIRA tickets.

• Working across multiple countries and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and/or issues.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (web publishers, QA Analysts, designers, developers, etc.) to ensure task milestones are met within scope and time.

• Cooperating and communicating with local subsidiaries and other stakeholders.

• Reporting any issues and supporting issue solving.

• Evaluating the task scope and estimating the time.

• Meeting all the deadlines - managing, monitoring and negotiating due dates.

• Handling escalations, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Taking responsibility for guiding and mentoring project teams

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a digital or technology-driven environment.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2/C1 level).

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, from initiation through delivery and closure.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely task execution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic analytical/reporting skills. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with strong multitasking abilities and a “can-do” attitude.

• Ability to adapt and process new guidelines and requirements.

• Eagerness to learn new tools and skills.
