Collaborate with a team consisting of copywriters, art directors, and account managers to create compelling and engaging campaigns
Analyze industry trends across platforms such as Digital, ATL, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to identify opportunities for innovative advertising strategies
Generate creative and data-driven angles, strategies insights for clients, ensuring alignment with their branding and tone
Maintain the vision of each project from conception to completion, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall marketing goals
Analyze performance data to optimize and measure their effectiveness
Requirements :
Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in advertising agency
At least 2 years experience on similar position
Strong passion for marketing and a deep understanding of content marketing, ATL and BTL principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to cooperate with team effectively, present strategy in fornt of a client and defend its assumptions.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond quickly to project requirements
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of direct response marketing or copywriting is a plus
Data analysis experience is preferred
Experience with UGC content creation on TikTok or other social media platforms is a strong advantage
Knowlege of a domestic appliances & smartphone market is a plus.
