You’re a perfect fit if:
- You graduated within the last 2 years with a mater’s degrees or are in your final year of studies in fields such as: electrical engineering, renewable energy, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, project management, construction management, Finance, computer science, mathematics or related disciplines.
- You’re passionate about renewable energy and are eager to contribute to sustainable development.
- You are ready to start the program in full-time capacity in April 2025, based at our office in Kraków.
- You have initial work experience gained through internships, part-time jobs, or student organizations. International experience is an advantage.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in diverse teams.
- You have a problem-solving mindset and demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities, analyzing situations and making informed decisions effectively.
- You are proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel (e.g., data analysis, creating reports, and using advanced functions).
- You are fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- You are a quick learner with both analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- You are self-motivated, ambitious, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- You are adaptable and ready to work in various departments before taking on a leadership role.
GRADUATE PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Duration: 18 months, with an option for extension based on performance.

Outcome: Upon completion, a job position in the specified department will be offered based on the company's needs and the candidate's performance.
Goal: Equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across core company departments, preparing them for future leadership roles.
Program Breakdown:
- Operational Department – 4 months
- Gain insight into daily project operations.
- Assist in managing on-site projects, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Understand client requirements and contribute to problem-solving on active installations.
- Engineering Department – 4 months
- Collaborate with the design team on PV system layouts and configurations.
- Learn about innovative PV technologies and industry standards.
- Procurement – 3 months
- Support the procurement team in supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Gain understanding of the supply chain and logistics for large-scale installations.
- Business Development – 4 months
- Contribute to market research, identifying growth opportunities and new markets.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Finance – 3 months
- Learn the financial aspects of renewable energy projects, including cost management and ROI analysis.
- Support financial reporting and budgeting activities for ongoing projects.
Program Highlights:
