Prepare, review and negotiate legal terms of supplier/subcontractor contracts. Participation in commercial and legal discussions with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure identification, proper assessment and mitigation of contractual risks. Raise awareness of contractual risks among internal stakeholders
Ensure proper management of the contracting process. Promote good practice principles of contract management throughout the Company
Monitor all contract elements and execution, and identify legal risks and opportunities
Overall responsibility for contractual matters related to change management, including ensuring that claims are submitted within the contractual deadlines and receive all required internal approvals, preparing and liaising with involved parties to negotiate claims against partners and subcontractors
Works closely with internal stakeholders: Project Managers, Supply Chain (Procurement), Finance, Operations, and various business stakeholders
Legal advice and legal services for the company (including subsidiaries and affiliates)
Participation in the preparation and review of draft documents related to the company's current activities (including corporate documents, employee documents, framework cooperation agreements, NDAs)
Ensuring formal and legal compliance of all aspects of operations of the Company with applicable regulations
Responsible for preparing/reviewing all relevant contractual correspondence exchanged between suppliers, subcontractors and management during the project
Cooperating with insurance companies in terms of issuing and negotiating conditions of guarantees and insurance policies
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in a similar position
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experiences in a company with a branches in another countries (experience to work within a global company)
Broad experience in enterprises regarding contract review and management, especially in the field of the Construction Law
Analytical mindset with an ability to pro-actively anticipate areas of risk and initiate efforts to address them
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English, including legal English
