We are looking for a business-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.
Your focus:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs, learning to adapt your approach to different audiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, with clear metrics to track your progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, successful implementations and client satisfaction.
Whom we are looking for:
Polish – native or C1+, clear pronunciation, no strong accent.
English – ideally B1–B2 (used internally; customer communication primarily in Polish).
Sales experience in SaaS, EdTech, IT services, online platforms, or other digital solutions across B2B is a strong advantage.
Proven sales achievements.
Hunter’s Mindset: eager to prospect, chase opportunities, and win new business.
Confident in handling outreach calls, video meetings, and regularly connecting with prospects.
Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

What success looks like:
Our reps typically close 8–12 deals per month with an average deal size of ~€90 ARPU.
A realistic first-year OTE is structured to reward strong performers and reflects consistent achievement of monthly targets.
