Responsibilities:
- Direct management of a group of Business Analysts with expertise in Fund Services including OTC, Middle Office and Fund Accounting
- Direct ownership of complex analysis work
- Full management responsibility of a team: management of people, evaluation of subordinates' performance and making recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions
- Persuading and influencing others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
- Providing in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Ensuring all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understanding project schedule and key milestones
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in people management
- Previous experience in Middle Office and OTC, Fund Accounting will be an advantage
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking
- Experience interacting directly with clients preferable
