Responsibilities:
Performing processing activities
Conducting communication with internal and external clients
Timely and effective management of all new tasks assigned by manager
Solving current processing issues and taking action in order to optimize the process (coordinating tests and projects)
Preparing and verifying procedures, other regulations, process descriptions, process maps, capacity plans etc.
Keeping accuracy and timeliness in processing payments
Requirements:
Payment experience will be an asset
Knowledge of the structure of SWIFT messages is a great advantage
Fluent communication in both written and spoken English
Project management background will be nice to have (taking part or leading projects)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Well-developed analytical skills including investigative mindset, independence in problem solving and a keen eye to detail
Flexibility and readiness to work in a shift system, including public holidays and weekends, to support global operations
