Team/role overview:
The Compensation Senior Project Analyst will join the global Partnership Advisory Execution Team within HR Compensation function. This is a seasoned professional role for the candidate with highly developed communication and diplomacy skills who can bring the relevant expertise in ideally at least 2 of the following areas: Compensation, Accounting, Finance and HRIS.
What you'll do:
- Supports applicable businesses in operational areas of compensation including, but not limited to, offer consultation, the mid-year and year-end planning cycles, system administration and testing, market data, job leveling process, salary structures support, FLSA, reporting, reconciliation, and other compensation analytics.
- Delivers on compensation based operational analysis tasks and support for key compensation processes for the US and other regions/countries
- May conduct Job evaluation and matching using a global job framework to appropriately level jobs; assists regional teams with job framework/description maintenance and coordinates process with HR and business managers
- Administers the implementation of new and/or adjusted compensation policies.
- Participates in system user acceptance testing to ensure expected outcomes with functionality
- Mentors junior teammates across Compensation, as assigned
- Assist with compensation projects requiring analysis of factors that cross organizational lines and impact multiple organizational units on a global basis.
- Lead the global market data process for the entire firm by leading or assisting with following activities: tool design and administration, annual process coordination, market analytics and market intelligence. Project manage any market data related projects.
- Assists with vendor management including managing and maintaining internal compliance-related activities.
What we'll need from you:
- 5-8 years' relevant experience in Compensation / Accounting / Finance / HRIS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills
- Analytical mindset
- Able to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
