Custody Tax Operations Senior Analyst

The opportunity

• You’ll be a part of a very dynamic team focused on the following types of activities:
• Reconciling, processing, and submitting WHT tax relief at source applications, on the back of our Clients documentation
• Resolving queries raised by tax authorities, clients or other 3rd parties
• Providing support to other tax processes if needed
• Assisting with special reports and projects
• Participating in new process onboarding if required
• Leading process changes

Your key responsibilities:

• Preparing documentation in the tax process
• Validating documentation prepared by team members
• Supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes
• Building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking
• Challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks
• Assisting in development junior team members
• Supporting other team members in resolving the most difficult cases
• Implementing process changes

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years relevant experience
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy
• Experience in leadership and team play attitude
• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills
• Willingness to develop and learn fast
