Type: Perm 

Hours: Full Time 

Location: Cracow, hybrid 

 

Job Overview 

At ClearCourse Development, we are committed to fostering a supportive and engaging workplace environment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team to support various HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations. 

The HR Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various HR processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee experience. The role includes managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, handling employee lifecycle documentation, supporting payroll and expenses, maintaining HR policies, responding to employee queries, and coordinating office and social activities. 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience for departing employees. 
  • Employee Lifecycle Administration: Prepare and manage employment contracts, role changes, and other lifecycle documentation. 
  • Payroll & Expenses Management: Assist in gathering and processing payroll inputs accurately and on time. Support employees with expense submissions and queries. 
  • Process & Policy Support: Support the development and maintenance of global people processes and policies. Educate and guide employees on People policies and procedures. 
  • Employee Queries & Information: Maintain and update content on the Intranet. Respond to employee queries. 

 

Required skills and Experience: 

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Previous experience with a similar position. 
  • Proficiency in SF (or other HR systems). 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Commitment to enhancing the employee experience. 

 

Desired skills and experience: 

  • Experience in a People/HR team within a scaling and/or global environment is a plus.
