Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a Mid Account Executive with experience in the e-commerce space, preferably gained on projects based on Shopify. The person in this role will be responsible for managing the entire sales process end-to-end — from the first client contact, through needs analysis and proposal preparation, to closing the deal and handing the project over for delivery.

This role combines sales and consulting skills with a solid understanding of technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full B2B sales cycle

  • Understanding clients’ business needs and proposing appropriate e-commerce solutions

  • Preparing commercial offers, estimates, and sales presentations

  • Cooperating closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams

  • Participating in discovery meetings and client workshops

  • Ensuring high-quality CRM data and reporting on the sales pipeline

  • Staying up to date with e-commerce trends


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive / Business Development Manager / B2B Sales

  • Experience in the e-commerce, digital, or software house / technology agency environment

  • Strong ability to conduct sales conversations and analyze business needs

  • Experience in preparing commercial offers and sales presentations

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Independence, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset

  • Very good command of English (minimum B2)

  • Experience in selling technology projects (implementations, migrations, integrations)

  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
