B2B Marketing Specialist
Are you a tech-savvy marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and partner relationships? We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to drive our growth engine. In this role, you won’t just "do marketing"—you will architect it. You will be responsible for orchestrating external agencies, co-creating high-level strategic concepts, and providing the Board of Directors with the data-driven insights they need to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies. You will define their KPIs, set strategic roadmaps, and ensure that their output aligns with our business goals.
Co-Creation of Marketing Strategy: Work alongside leadership to brainstorm and refine our B2B go-to-market strategy. You will help define our voice in a crowded tech landscape.
Board-Level Reporting & Data Prep: Be the custodian of marketing truth. You will prepare comprehensive reports and data visualizations for the Board, translating marketing metrics into business value, ROI, and growth forecasts.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze advertising and marketing data. You are expected to dive into the analytics, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance based on revenue impact.
Content & Asset Production: Hands-on creation of high-quality B2B marketing materials, including sales enablement decks, whitepapers, and digital ad copy.
Partner Marketing Excellence: Collaborate with our global technology partners (e.g., SAP, Shopify, commercetools) to execute joint marketing programs and leverage the partner ecosystem for lead generation.
Tech Evangelism: Stay ahead of the curve in Agentic Commerce, AI, and Composable architectures to ensure our messaging remains cutting-edge.
What We Are Looking For
B2B DNA: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS or IT services sector.
Analytical Mindset: You are proficient in Excel. You have a "reporting-first" approach and understand what metrics matter to the C-suite.
Agency Management Skills: Proven experience in managing external vendors and holding them accountable for results.
Tech-Fluent: You have a genuine passion for technology. Terms like "Headless," "API-first," or "LLM" don't scare you.
Ownership & Accountability: You treat the marketing budget as your own and take pride in delivering high-quality materials on time.
Native-level English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for global partner collaboration).
