Chief Accountant

Your daily tasks will include

☁️ supervision and responsibility for full IFRS and tax accounting (ledgers, accounting processes and procedures),

☁️ liaison with other departments of the organization (Controlling, HR), tax and legal office, and Finance Department at the Group level,

☁️ preparation of declarations to the tax office: JPK, VAT, CIT and other required,

☁️ handling external reporting and cooperation with external institutions (US, ZUS, GUS, BDO, PFRON, Intrastat),

☁️ oversee and have a good knowledge of international settlements and issues of WNT, WDT, Import, and Export, including knowledge of exchange rates and foreign invoice conversion,

☁️ led the accounting team and ensured the professional development of employees, as well as recruited new team members and actively supported the implementation of the Group's ERP system and the alignment of accounting and reporting processes.

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ minimum 5 years of experience in an independent accounting position and in managing an accounting team,

⭐️ experience in accounting according to international accounting standards (IFRS), supported by practical work experience (required),

⭐️ knowledge of financial and accounting processes and financial reporting,

⭐️ experience in working with ERP-type software,

⭐️ fluency in English (at least B2).
