We are currently seeking an experienced E-commerce manager who is passionate about the beauty industry to join our team.
Your future responsibilities:
- delivering digital marketing strategy of e-commerce channel
- monitoring and optimization of marketing funnels & sale funnel
- forecasting results of taken actions and campaigns

conducting market analysis, consumer research and conversion rate benchmarking
- selecting right channels, tools and type of executions of marketing activities to achieve goals in the area of sales, brand awareness and other chosen KPIs
- analyzing marketing activities and optimizing them basing on data and metrics
- creating reports and recommendations
- developing and executing strategies to improve customer retention and increase conversion rates
- working in close collaboration with external partners and agencies (coordinating and managing their performance)
We want to meet you, if you:
- have at least 2 years of an experience as an E-commerce Manager or in relevant scope of duties in e-commerce (preferably in the beauty or FMCG sectors)
- have an experience with marketing and sales data, metrics and KPIs
- feel strongly about sales and marketing funnels (both in creation and implementation)
- have an experience and knowledge of Marketing Automation tools
- have a strong budget management skills
- are data driven and have a strategic approach to marketing
- understand how SEO, SEM and Performance Marketing work
- describe yourself as a: innovative, proactive, timely manner, growth-oriented and do-er person
- have an experience with CEE markets
- enjoy hands-on work and you are not afraid of any challenges
- are fluent in Polish and English
