To make that happen, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and take charge of client success from the earliest stage of the sales cycle, all the way through project delivery.
Your role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind project alignment and client satisfaction. You’ll step in early - during the sales process - to help shape winning proposals, and stay involved through delivery to ensure both our clients and CodiLime come out on top.
Your main activity will be to ensure Commercial Success as a Contract Owner. You'll work closely with Engineers, Solution Architects, and Engineering Managers, but you will be the one making sure everything adds up - technically, commercially, and strategically.
Salary: B2B Contract 15 000 - 22 000 PLN +VAT, plus up to 30% of margin sharing bonus
