- Comprehensive recruitment in the IT field (sourcing, coordinating the process, conducting interviews, negotiating offers)

As a Recruiter you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Full responsibility for the assigned recruitment process, from start to finish (sourcing, headhunting, conducting interviews), with a strong emphasis on the timely achievement of set goals
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, current technology trends, different tech stacks, methodologies and emerging technologies
- Experience in conducting recruitment processes for the any following positions: Network, C, C++, Go, DevOps, QA, Python, Security, Frontend, Data Science
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required. Familiarity with TeamTailor is highly preferred
- Knowledge of modern tools and unconventional techniques for candidate sourcing
- Highly developed communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level)
- Independence, taking initiative and sharing ideas
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Proficiency in using Social Media for everyday work
- Experience in global recruitment
- Experience in conducting recruitment processes for back-office
