Talent Sourcer / Sourcing Specialist

Form of employment:

💸 Full time, 5000 - 8000 PLN net + bonus for each person hired

📃 Employment based on B2B / contract of employment/ civil contract

🌎 Location: Remote work (Polish territory)

What will be your tasks ?

📍 direct search for candidates for specialized positions through various methods and channels

📍 actively building a database of candidates for current and future recruitment efforts

📍 conducting initial interviews with candidates and establishing positive and long-term relationships with them

Who are we looking for?

In our team we value initiative and responsibility for assigned tasks. In addition, we collaborate in international environment therefore we are looking for a person:

🔍 has a minimum of one year's experience in IT Recruitment, own network of contacts is highly appreciated

🔍 is able to find candidates for the most demanding positions in the IT area

🔍 takes full responsibility and ownership for conducted projects

🔍 is well-organised and able to meet deadlines
