Are you passionate about how search engines work and SEO? Do you know what is needed for a web page to appear in search results? Are you familiar with the behaviors and tactics that can lead to lower rankings or being completely omitted from search results? Do you understand what can help improve a site's visibility in search results? If you answered YES to these questions, this role might be perfect for you!

What you will do:

• Foster a safe and inclusive environment within the community.
• Set clear community guidelines and policies.
• Manage Product Experts - keep accurate records, update experts’ statuses, reward contributions.
• Recruit new experts, build trust with existing community members, help with resolving any possible conflicts in the community.
• Manage forums - report bugs and handle escalations, monitor feedbacks and share insights with relevant teams.
• Monitor the community to identify and track trending issues suitable for direct support.
• Troubleshoot community experts’ escalations and issues qualifying for direct support.
• Prepare launch materials for all relevant audiences.
• Organize virtual and physical events that cater to the interests of the community.

Skills & Experience:

• Graduation in any discipline; newly graduated candidates will also be considered.
• Good command of English language (min B2)
• Native French is a must
• Willingness to travel (at least once per year).
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Internet Industry, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Developer Relations, Technical Communications, and/or Web Development.
• Google Search Console understanding and experience.
• Good understanding of working with targets and meeting/exceeding clients.
• Adaptability to a changing environment.
