Your responsibilities

• Technical Content Creation and Management: Develop, plan, and oversee technical content across various marketing channels including blogs, social media, articles, newsletters, websites, reports, case studies, emails, and advertisements.
• Website Development Support: Assist in the design of website mockups and contribute to the planning of the site's information architecture.
• Tool Implementation Leadership: Take charge of the introduction and implementation of new tools that enhance our marketing efforts.
• Audience Engagement: Skillfully utilize various communication channels to effectively connect with and engage our target audiences.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of content performance, and deliver comprehensive reports and metrics that reflect overall effectiveness.
• Conversion Optimization: Use gathered data to optimize our website and content, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the sales team and other relevant departments to align marketing strategies and objectives.

Our requirements

• Must be: Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the IT industry, particularly in technical content creation and growth marketing.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of our product offerings and a genuine interest in the evolving financial and cryptocurrency markets.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of English, at a C1/CAE level, with proven oral and written communication skills. This includes a strong grasp of sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation.
• Understanding of Consumer Psychology: An ability to comprehend consumer behavior and basic principles of human psychology, which is vital in crafting effective marketing strategies.
• Versatility in Marketing: The capability to work across various marketing facets, including partnerships, PPC, and marketplaces. We value individuals who are adaptable, quick learners, and open to leveraging external resources when necessary.
• SEO/SEM and Conversion Rate Optimization: Proficiency in SEO/SEM and Conversion Rate Optimization is essential. Experience using tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Keyword Planner is required.
• Self-Organizing Abilities: We require you to possess exemplary self-management skills. This involves the aptitude to independently organize your workspace, establish effective processes, and create efficient workflows. Initiative and autonomy are key, as constant oversight is minimal in our dynamic environment.
• Desirable Skills (Good to Have):
• Experience in managing external vendors, such as agencies and contractors.
• Experience in owning a pipeline and leading generation targets.
