About the department
The HRIT team is part of Global HR Support within CPBC in Szczecin. We ensure that global HR systems, with SuccessFactors at the core, operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with all standards. The department collaborates closely with HQ and global HR stakeholders, supporting system development, governance, and continuous improvement.
About the job
As a Senior HRIT Specialist, you will lead complex HRIT initiatives, act as a technical expert for the SuccessFactors platform in Employee Central and Qualtrics and/or Time and support strategic HR technology development. You will mentor junior team members, drive advanced configuration, and support system integrations. Your role will shape the future of HR digitalization in Coloplast.
Your responsibilities
Act as the global technical lead for SuccessFactors and advanced configuration across modules.
Drive platform optimization, strategic development, and process improvements.
Lead technical implementations, complex customization, and advanced troubleshooting.
Ensure global scalability, standardization, and alignment with business needs.
Maintain and enhance system documentation per IT, HR, and validation standards.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other regulations.
Provide advanced 3rd line support and serve as escalation point.
Lead UAT, manage upgrades, and oversee optimization initiatives.
Develop training, mentor regular/junior specialists, and enhance the global support model.
Lead major HRIT projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Design and implement integrations with HR/business systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HRIS, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HRIT preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
Strong experience in advanced configuration and project delivery.
Experience with HR system integrations.
Fluent in English

Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL.
