Customer Advisor with Serbian - Xiaomi
Your responsibilities:
Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
Assisting with product information and resolving technical issues
Initiating and managing Xiaomi device repair processes
Adhering to detailed project guidelines and maintaining high service standards
Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive workplace environment
Requirements:
Knowledge of Serbian - C1 level and English - B1 level
Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
Problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and memorize technical information
Nice to have:
Polish language knowledge - B1 level
