Customer Service Advisor with German - 100% remote
Your responsibilities:
Customer Support (mass retail, independent retailer, end customers) provided by phone and email
Order entry/order processing
After-sales service
Processing customer complaints
Delivering product advices
Forwarding customer requests to specialist departments
B2B customer support
Our requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service - mandatory
Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
Fluency in German (min. C1 level )
Very good English verbal and written skill (min. B2 level )
Knowledge of Polish (min. B1/B2 level ) will be an advantage, but we don't require
Outstanding communication skills
Administrative and technical knowledge
Availability from the 2nd of March 2026
