Customer Service Advisor with German - 100% remote

Your responsibilities:

• Customer Support (mass retail, independent retailer, end customers) provided by phone and email

• Order entry/order processing

• After-sales service

• Processing customer complaints

• Delivering product advices

• Forwarding customer requests to specialist departments

• B2B customer support

Our requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service - mandatory

• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience

• Fluency in German (min. C1 level )

• Very good English verbal and written skill (min. B2 level )

• Knowledge of Polish (min. B1/B2 level ) will be an advantage, but we don't require

• Outstanding communication skills

• Administrative and technical knowledge

• Availability from the 2nd of March 2026
