Zadania:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
Stay updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Wymagania:
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in German and B2 level in English
Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Optional:
Experience with other luxury Brands and Customers Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
